Salad Wedge

Absolutely stunning presentation. love the way you swirled the onion pieces. For those of you who know how to eat with class, this salad style is meant to be eaten slowly while mixing the small portions of all the items on the glass, to get the full taste experience. Slow eat, full taste, very luxurious. I love cooking also. Great work!
